Dr. Goerke also currently serves as CEO of Skilja, a document understanding company he founded. Prior to joining ABBYY and founding Skilja, Dr. Goerke held several software development leadership roles at document recognition technology companies, including Kofax, Parsytec, SER, and Improx. Dr. Goerke holds a Master of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Physics, from Albert-Ludwig Universität Freiburg in Germany. |
