you may want toi eval callas pdfaPilot which offers PDF/A and PDF/UA validation on a large scale. There is a server application and also a SDK you can integrate into your processes.

The callas tools are developed to process high volumes without attendance. You can scale production by using a server with as many cores as required to validate the documents in time. Validation is a relativ time consuming task because you have to check every single object. We are located in Germany but happy to support your project in kind any integration work is required.
