Terms & Conditions for PDF Association Events

The following terms and conditions apply when attending PDF Association events. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Registration

By opting to attend a PDF Association event, you thereby agree to our terms as stated on this page. If you have questions about any of these provisions please contact info@pdfa.org before proceeding.

Registration includes the revocable and transferable right to attend the PDF Association event for which you registered. This right can be revoked at any time by the PDF Association at its sole discretion, without any prior notification.

Your registration in the ISO Global Directory

As applicable, registration may include your specific permission to forward your name and home address to ISO for inclusion in ISO’s Global Directory, as required by ISO for all attendees at ISO meetings.

NOTE: ISO’s Directory is used in ISO processes and limits formal participation in various ways, but it is not public information, nor does ISO use it for promotional purposes. For more information contact Betsy Fanning, Standards Director, at betsy.fanning@pdfa.org.

Cancellation

All sales (if any) are final.

However, if the PDF Association cancels the event we will refund your full registration fee, if one was charged.

Travel arrangements

Please note that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, which are exclusively your responsibility.

IPR Policy

By registering for a PDF Association event you explicitly agree to the PDF Association’s IPR Policy.

Privacy

Except as indicated above the information you provide when registering for this event will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, and will not be shared with other attendees or members of the PDF Association.

Behavior

By registering for a PDF Association event you explicitly agree to follow the PDF Association’s and ISO’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Loss / damages

The PDF Association does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you during a PDF Association event, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the event venue(s).
