Terms and conditions

Sponsorship of PDF Days Europe 2021 is open only to members that have paid their 2021 membership dues.

Sponsors sign up by sponsorship level and agree to pay the in-person or online-only sponsorship fee.

In-person vs. online-only

The PDF Association will inform all sponsors of its decision regarding an in-person vs. online-only event no later than August 9. Since sponsorship must be booked prior to the PDF Association’s determination of an in-person vs. online event, all sponsorship invoices will be generated for payment by bank transfer only (no credit-card option) by mid-August. Payment is due by September 30.

Solution Day presentations

Solution Day is online-only. Presenters may use a PDF Association-provided facility at the SI Hotel to deliver their Solution Day presentation, or deliver from their own location.

Promotion

In addition to the “elevator pitch” opportunity sponsors may use (if applicable) one (1) slide in a Technical Days presentation to promote their Solution Day session.

Members are encouraged to promote their individual Technical Days and Solution Day sessions via their own newsletters and social media outlets.
