William Kilian

William is TargetStream's Software Architect for PDF/UA. TargetStream has provided Enterprise-scale PDF/UA remediation of documents  to PDF/UA since 2014. William provides PDF/UA training, professional services, and guidance to clients worldwide. As a former ISP SysAdmin, William also has wide-ranging experience with and a deep understanding of internet technologies. William is an active participant in ISO and PDF Association working groups related to PDF Accessibility. William provided significant input for ISO 14289:2024 (PDF/UA-2). William is an active contributor to the PDF Techniques for Accessible PDF developed in the Accessibility LWG at the PDF Association.
