...and harder to print?
Session description
Over the years, a host of new creative tools has made it easier than ever to create content for print. Standard templates, usage through the browser, free or very low-cost, integrated generative AI capabilities… tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and Affinity Publisher make it easier than ever for everyone to be creative. Fortunately, much of what is created with such tools has to be printed later, which tends to cause problems.
Are these tools really the nightmare most printers think they are? Is their support for print output improving? And what can be done in print workflows to ensure such files don’t break the automated workflows, printers more and more rely on to sustain their profitability? A look at the bleeding edge between design and print.
