FormVu has received an update, introducing improvements in action processing, annotation handling, and PDF compatibility. These enhancements ensure more accurate and reliable PDF form-to-HTML conversion, for developers integrating forms into their applications.
Key Enhancements
Refactored and expanded action processing, resulting in:
- Correct separation of page events, preventing overwrites.
- Fixed issue where field events incorrectly inherited from sibling objects/fields.
- Duplicate document-level JavaScript removed for cleaner output.
- Added basic support for /Next entries, improving action handling.
- Easier integration of future enhancements.
Fixes
- Incorrect displaying of Link annotations with QuadPoints fixed.
- Resolved an issue where XObjects with a large scale and a height of 0 were incorrectly visible.
- Addressed an issue where a compressed xref stream exceeding the scan limit caused a PDF loading error.
