After 44 years of innovation and service under the leadership of its founders, French software company JLB INFORMATIQUE is entering a new phase in its development. As of January, 2025, the company has been acquired by Élodie Tellier, who also assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Bernard and Nicole Olivier, who built the company into a respected name in the field of information management software for the public and private sectors.
Élodie Tellier brings more than 15 years of experience in document technologies, innovation strategy, and software publishing. Prior to acquiring JLB INFORMATIQUE, she served as Chief Operating Officer at ORPALIS (now Nutrient), a French company known for its advanced PDF and imaging SDKs used by developers and solution providers worldwide. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the PDF Association, where she actively supports global adoption of open standards and PDF technologies.
This transition marks a natural evolution for the company, which will continue to build on its strong foundations while embracing new technological opportunities. Artificial intelligence, intelligent data analysis, and enhanced automation are key pillars of the company’s innovation roadmap, all in service of more efficient, reliable, and secure document and content workflows.
JLB INFORMATIQUE is best known for its flagship product suite, JLB-NET, which offers high-performance, user-friendly solutions tailored to the unique needs of administrations, institutions, and enterprises. The suite includes modules for resource center management, digital asset management (DAM), and records management — with adaptability as one of its most valued attributes.
