August 18, 2025, Toronto, ON Crawford Technologies, a leading provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, will host an invitation-only, one-day event along with Gimbel & Associates, an international management consulting firm, on October 21, 2025, at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida. Themed Engage360, the event will take place the day before PRINTING United Expo, October 22-24.

With a growing emphasis on the demand for hyper-personalized communications and digital transformation in the print and mail industries, the Engage360 event, is tailored specifically for customer communications professionals looking to future-proof their strategies and drive highly impactful, connected customer experiences.

Engage360 will kick off at 7:00 a.m. with a complimentary breakfast. At 8:00 a.m., Ernie Crawford, CEO and president of Crawford Technologies, and Roger Gimbel, president of Gimble & Associates, will welcome guests with opening remarks. They are followed by a roster of industry leaders representing a range of experiences and expertise presenting sessions designed to enhance skills in core areas of enterprise print.

Steven Webster, director, professional services, industrial services, Ricoh, USA, will explore the transformative forces reshaping the wide format print industry and how emerging technologies and shifting market demands are driving innovation in his session Wide Format Reimagined: Automation, AI and a Path to Sustainable Growth. The impact of how eco-friendly practices, workflow optimization and strategic investments are paving the way for scalable, sustainable growth will be discussed.

David Hunter, principal, ChromaChecker Corporation, will present Future-Proofing Print Operations: Why Quality Platforms Matter More Than Ever, a session that covers the six fundamental reasons why an organization must implement a print-quality platform throughout its operations. Key trends in the printing industry will be highlighted and how this type of platform helps master these trends to remain competitive and profitable in an evolving landscape.

Mark Ferrara, senior director sales and operations, and Josh Rhine, director, digital print operations at Office Depot present Leveraging a Traditional Approach to Modern Print Industry Opportunities. This presentation shares how to build repeatable and scalable AI processes that lead to elevated outcomes, irrespective of what the tools are and how fast they change.

Nathan Safran, VP research, Blue Nile Research, and Lisa Cross, principal analyst, NAPCO Research, will present Print Reloaded: Trends Driving Reinvention and Strategic Investment, offering a research-backed analysis of the key trends influencing industry profitability and technology investments.
