Editing, conversion, and OCR in one workspace
Soda PDF allows users to edit text directly inside a PDF, merge and split files, and convert between PDF and formats such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Built-in optical character recognition (OCR) turns scanned pages and image-based PDFs into searchable, editable text, while a batch processing tool applies conversions, watermarks, Bates numbering, and page numbering across multiple files at once.

Soda PDF’s integrated e-signature feature allows users prepare, send, track, and collect legally binding signatures without leaving the application.
