The US Access Board is holding hearings to take testimony on it's latest Proposed Rule (NPRM) for the long-awaited Refresh to Section 508.
On March 11, 2015 the Board held a hearing in Washington, D.C. at which Duff Johnson offered five minutes of testimony and a set of proposed edits to the text of the Rule.
Duff's testimony, which discusses the relationship between PDF/UA and WCAG 2.0, among other subjects, has now been posted to the Access Board's comment site.
