About callas software GmbH
callas software, a leading provider of PDF automation technology for print and document workflows, correction and archiving of PDF files, will be exhibiting at FESPA Global Print Expo for the first time. Visitors to Europe’s leading trade fair for the printing and signage industry will have the opportunity to discover version 17 of pdfToolbox, callas software’s flagship product, at stand B120 in hall 3. FESPA will take place from 19 to 22 May 2026 at the Fira de Barcelona in Spain. Over 550 exhibitors and more than 14,000 international visitors are expected.
“We are delighted to be exhibiting at FESPA for the first time,” says Dietrich von Seggern, Managing Director of callas software. “The event offers us an excellent opportunity to discuss current challenges with customers, partners and prospective clients, and to demonstrate how pdfToolbox and our other solutions work together in practical workflows.”
pdfToolbox handles poorly created PDF files that fail in production environments and fixes many issues early, before they cause costly mistakes. “The new version expands the automation capabilities of pdfToolbox and offers a range of improvements designed to tackle specific production challenges and optimize complex workflows,” explains David van Driessche, Chief Evangelist at callas software: “Sometimes the most valuable improvements are not the most spectacular ones. Production environments deal with imperfect files every day, and even small improvements can make a big difference. At the same time, we continue to make powerful functionality more approachable, for example, through the new Imposition Wizard.”
OEM-Business
Manufacturers of workflow software, web-to-print platforms, automation tools, or production systems for the printing industry who wish to integrate powerful PDF technologies into their solutions should plan a visit to the callas software stand. “Our technology can be seamlessly embedded into existing applications via simple command-line interfaces, REST APIs, a software development kit, or hot folders,” explains Jeremy Spencer, OEM Director at callas software. “At FESPA, we will be showcasing our new developments that are specifically designed for the OEM market.”
