Martin Bailey

Martin Bailey is a leading figure in the digital printing industry and is considered one of the world's foremost experts on the PDF format and its standards. He was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Global Graphics Software (now part of the Hybrid Software Group) for many years.

Bailey was instrumental in the development of PDF subset standards since 1994. He represented the United Kingdom on various ISO committees that manage standards such as PDF/X (for graphic printing) and PDF/VT (for variable data printing).

In addition to his role as CTO at Global Graphics, Martin co-chaired the PDF Association's PDF Technical Working Group and led workshops on PDF 2.0 interoperability.
