The Target State model will include detailed information related to building the business case, presenting various options to address identified issues, identify existing and new technologies required to bring records environment into compliance with industry standards, and the development of an actionable and realistic roadmap along with working with all relevant departments, sectors, and regions to gain agreement on the various change management activities that would be required to successfully transition the existing records environment.
