G4_F02 Order of marked content sequences within a tag incorrectly set

Description

This example demonstrates a failure condition in which the order of content within a tag does not match the author’s intent.

Often, when text or a page is rotated, the content order within the tags is incorrect, like in this example. Even though English is written left to right, the lines of text within the paragraphs should be ordered from the right side of the page to the left.
