Robert is Managing Consultant with EID, one of the industry's first vendor neutral consulting companies and has over 30 years experience planning, designing, and implementing Information Governance/Records Management related projects on an international scale.  Robert is the Chair of the WG11, Trustworthy Storage Systems and Guidelines committee at the national level and is the convener of the associated ISO working group, ISO/ TC 171/SC 2 / WG11.

Robert is a subject matter expert with all aspects of developing, implementing, and managing IG/RIM related activities including framework development, policies & procedures development addressing identified issues and implementing IG/RIM solutions for data management environments at national & international levels, for numerous organizations across various industries.  Knowledge with eDiscovery methods and litigation hold/disposition procedures.  Expanded knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CRPA, NIST & other data privacy related laws/regulations & retention/disposition best practices and procedures associated with IG/RIM data including disposition procedures.  Expertise performing extensive data/record assessments for financial organizations.
