Dietrich von Seggern, Managing Director of callas software, took part in this year's eighteenth ACM Symposium on Document Engineering, DocEng, in Halifax, Canada. He found out that there are still a number of suggestions and feature requests for the PDF industry that are worth implementing so that their products better meet the requirements of users.
