Berlin. In October 2015, Foxit Software acquired LuraTech. As the next logical step on this path, LuraTech is now being renamed to Foxit Europe GmbH. This makes LuraTech a part of a global business and a leading provider of fast, cost-effective, secure PDF software solutions. The Foxit product portfolio – in particular, its established PDF solution PhantomPDF – will enjoy a more significant presence in Europe with local sales and support teams. The server-based products LuraTech PDF Compressor and Rendition Server will continue to see ongoing development work. The company’s established contact persons, its support team and its offices in Berlin and Remscheid will also be retained under the name of “LuraTech, a department of Foxit Europe”.

Berlin. Seit Oktober 2015 gehört LuraTech zur Foxit-Gruppe. Als nächster konsequenter Schritt erfolgte jetzt die Umbenennung von LuraTech in die Foxit Europe GmbH. Damit ist LuraTech Teil eines global agierenden Unternehmens und führenden Softwareanbieters von schnellen, preisgünstigen und sicheren PDF-Lösungen. Das Foxit-Produktportfolio – vor allem die etablierte PDF-Lösung PhantomPDF – erhält eine stärkere Präsenz in Europa mit lokalem Vertrieb und Support. Die Server-Produkte, LuraTech PDF Compressor und der Rendition Server, werden konsequent weiterentwickelt. Auch die Ansprechpartner, der Support sowie die Standorte Berlin und Remscheid bleiben als „LuraTech, ein Geschäftsbereich von Foxit Europe“ erhalten.
