axaio MadeToPrint is a solution for Adobe InDesign/InDesign Server for the automation and standardization of print and output workflows. With the new version 3.4.355 MadeToPrint features, in addition to various improvements, a cloud output storage option to Amazon S3 Bucket.
Amazon S3 Bucket is an object storage service provided on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. The cloud service stands out for its high availability, security and cost-effective storage possibilities. On top users can access data wherever it is needed.
With the new MadeToPrint output option, print ready and other output files can be exported directly to an AWS S3 bucket. In the MadeToPrint output job, the user only needs to enter the appropriate S3 URI as the destination folder to ensure that the files are stored in the appropriate bucket:
Advantages at a glance
Direct integration into cloud workflows:
The ability to export output files directly to Amazon S3 supports seamless integration into modern, cloud-based workflows. This facilitates the distribution of files to global teams or the backup of projects to the cloud.
Increased efficiency
Exporting directly to S3 saves time and reduces manual workflow steps. Files no longer need to be saved locally and then uploaded manually.
Centralized storage
Centralized storage in an S3 bucket simplifies file sharing, especially when multiple teams or partners need to access the data.
Automation potential
The combination of MadeToPrint with Amazon S3 enables the automation of subsequent processes, such as automatic archiving, triggering workflows or integration with other AWS services for further data handling processes.
The additional output option extends the flexibility and scalability of MadeToPrint by allowing companies to store and manage their output files efficiently and securely in the cloud.
