ReflowPDF

ReflowPDF develops a browser-based PDF editor and document generation engine. The editor works with document structure rather than page overlays: text and tables reflow as content changes, with automatic pagination and repeating table headers.

The CSS layout engine is built from scratch in Rust. It runs as WebAssembly in the browser and natively on the server, so the editor preview and PDF export use the same layout code.

The engine generates tagged PDFs directly from the layout tree, with export options for PDF/A and PDF/UA. Development focuses on structural editing, CSS layout and accessible PDF output. We test CSS compatibility using Web Platform Tests and publish per-specification results on our website.
