Conor Wilson
Conor Wilson is co-founder and CEO of ComplyLoft, a Compliance and Audit infrastructure platform for highly regulated organisations, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
ComplyLoft PDF Accessibility automates the groundwork of PDF remediation. It tags content, repairs structure and reading order, and prompts for missing alt text, through the user interface for one-off documents or by API for high-volume output such as statements and notices. A qualified person reviews and signs off every output. Alongside it, the ComplyLoft Document Auditor assesses documents against regulatory and internal standards. ComplyLoft’s main focus is financial services, where firms are working towards the requirements of the European Accessibility Act.
In 2026 Conor ran ComplyLoft’s study, The Irish Document Accessibility Gap, which tested a customer-facing PDF from each of 60 Irish financial services companies against PDF/UA-1 using veraPDF. None of the 60 fully met the standard.
His background is in AI product management at a FTSE 100 company, and ComplyLoft is his second company.
