Robert is the Chair of the WG11, Trustworthy Storage Systems and Guidelines committee at the national level and is the convener of the associated ISO working group, ISO/ TC 171/SC 2 / WG11.
Robert is a subject matter expert with all aspects of developing, implementing, and managing IG/RIM related activities including framework development, policies & procedures development addressing identified issues and implementing IG/RIM solutions for data management environments at national & international levels, for numerous organizations across various industries. Knowledge with eDiscovery methods and litigation hold/disposition procedures. Expanded knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CRPA, NIST & other data privacy related laws/regulations & retention/disposition best practices and procedures associated with IG/RIM data including disposition procedures. Expertise performing extensive data/record assessments for financial organizations.
