Description

The objective of this technique is to show how to tag an ordered (numbered) list and set the ListNumbering value correctly, in this case to "UpperRoman", because Uppercase Roman numerals are used to label each list item.

Checks #⁠1 to #⁠5 are all true. 

Procedures

  1. Check that all fundamental techniques are followed.
  2. Check that all real content that the author intends as a list is tagged as a list.
  3. Check that list tags are not used when the author does not intend a list.
  4. Check that the substructures of all L tags are semantically appropriate (LI, Lbl, LBody).
  5. Check that the ListNumbering attribute on all L tags in ordered lists is correctly set to "Decimal", "UpperRoman", "LowerRoman", "UpperAlpha" or "LowerAlpha".
