Developed by Superace, UPDF today announced UPDF 3.0, a new version that combines PDF editing, electronic signatures, agreement tracking, and AI-assisted document understanding. Users can prepare a document, send it for signature, and manage its status without moving to a separate signing tool.
UPDF 3.0 is positioned as “a complete PDF and eSign workflow, enhanced by AI.” It is designed for professionals, small teams, cross-border businesses, students, and other users who regularly work with contracts, forms, reports, approvals, and research files.

PDF and eSign in One Workflow

The workflow covers eight main steps: scan or create, edit, convert, organize, send, sign, track, and manage. After preparing a PDF, users can set recipients and signing order, add signature, date, text, and attachment fields, and send the file for signature. Agreement statuses, including pending, completed, declined, and draft, can be viewed in one place. UPDF 3.0 also includes unlimited basic eSignatures, separate from certificate-based professional digital signatures.

AI Support for Document Tasks

UPDF AI can answer questions about a full PDF, the current page, or a selected range. It can also summarize, translate, and explain content from PDFs, text, and images. Task-focused assistants support academic papers, contracts, resumes, and financial documents.
