ComplyLoft
ComplyLoft is a Compliance and Audit infrastructure platform for highly regulated organisations, powered by AI. At its core is an AI-driven accessibility engine that automates the remediation of PDF documents at scale.
The engine builds and repairs the underlying tag (structure) tree that determines how a PDF is interpreted by assistive technology: it auto-tags content, assigns semantic roles to headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, and links, corrects reading order, and resolves the document metadata that accessibility depends on — including document title, primary language, and the structural relationships within the content — while flagging images that require human-supplied alternative text. The work targets WCAG and PDF/UA accessibility standards and supports EAA and ADA Title II obligations.
ComplyLoft operates in two modes. For complex, design-heavy documents such as annual reports and brochures, it typically remediates to around 90%, with a specialist reviewing and refining the output. For high-volume transactional documents such as statements and billing notices, template configuration allows documents to be processed to full accessibility compliance at scale via API.
ComplyLoft does the heavy lifting; a qualified person always reviews, adjusts where needed, and signs off before publication. The platform also includes AI-powered PII redaction for FOI/DSAR workflows and a configurable document Auditor.
Purpose-built for regulated environments: ISO 27001 certified, ISO 42001 and SOC 2 conformant, with MFA, role-based access control, tenant isolation, and full audit logs.
