- A Technical poster session on Monday, September 15
- A Solution poster session on Tuesday, September 16
What is a “poster session”?
Poster sessions provide opportunities to showcase your ideas in an informal venue to display and discuss research, work-in-progress or completed work, helping to break the ice, foster discussion and generate feedback.
Presentation tracks do not operate during Poster sessions.
Technical Posters (Monday)
After lunch on Monday, PDF Days will focus on a 1h 45m technical poster session! In this session, any PDF Association member can present their poster – the only requirement is that they have to be available to discuss it during the session!
Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the best Technical poster. The winner will be announced at dinner on Monday and be awarded a prize.
Technical posters can showcase how to approach a problem, a vision for the future, or other subjects. Unlike Solution Posters (see below), Technical posts cannot directly refer to products, services, or companies.
Solution Posters (Tuesday)
PDF Days Europe 2025 offers a second poster session in the afternoon, allowing sponsors to showcase their commercial solutions.
