The DoJ quietly reposted the Mueller Report. We analyze their repost, noting the changes (from a PDF perspective).
Even with OCR, the Mueller Report PDF remains partly unsearchable due to poor redaction and scanning workflows that degrade text recognition.
It‘s too bad that such important historical documents are nonetheless posted as such low-quality PDF files. We provide commentary.
