Global Graphics Software
Global Graphics Software develops smart software components for digital print.
An expert in PDF since the early days of the format, Global Graphics has always taken an active role in industry standards setting bodies and associations and for many years our former distinguished technologist, Martin Bailey, played a key role, being the UK primary expert on the International Standards Organization (ISO) maintaining and developing PDF and PDF/VT.
Our global team comprises an exceptionally talented group of software architects and engineers. They are highly valued by our customers because they have the vision to produce innovative solutions and the specialist skills to solve complex problems.
Our products are award-winning and include the new SmartDFE™, the Harlequin RIP®, ScreenPro™, and Mako Core™ SDK, offering several features including PDF conversion, analysis, optimization, and for cloud or mobile app development.
All our software is developed by our in-house teams giving you complete control over your project. We’re trusted by global brands to supply the technical innovation that adds value to their solutions.
The roots of the company go back to 1986 and to the iconic university town of Cambridge, and today the majority of the R&D team is still based near there. The US office is in Sarasota, Florida and Global Graphics KK is based in Tokyo. Global Graphics Software is a subsidiary of Hybrid Software Group PLC (Euronext:HYSG).
In 2020 Global Graphics Software was a proud recipient of a Queen’s Award for Innovation and in 2023 received a PRINTING United Pinnacle Product Award for Technology for SmartDFE.
