The winning Technical Poster at PDF Days Europe 2025
The PDF Association staff delivers a vendor-neutral platform in service of PDF’s stakeholders.

Borrowed from academic conferences, the poster session at PDF Days Europe in September provided members with the opportunity to showcase their ideas while networking with other attendees. This session offered an informal venue to display and discuss research, work-in-progress or completed work.
The feedback for our Technical Poster Session was overwhelmingly positive: Attendees particularly valued the diversity of topics presented, the direct exchange with poster authors, and the opportunity for in-depth technical discussions. Overall, attendees told us that the session was a creative and engaging format that effectively combined knowledge-sharing and networking.

Attendees were able to vote for the best poster – the winner was submitted by callas software GmbH – congratulations!

At the Solution Poster Session on Day 2 members had the opportunity to showcase their own solutions, turning the session into a collaborative and inspiring space. Offering visibility and a platform to share their expertise with the broader community was our number one goal for our members . At the same time, the sessions provided plenty of time to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas, and gain new perspectives.
